Troubleshooting: Can't connect to this network

You may encounter an issue connecting to WiFi and the connection will read:

This is normally related to a recently reset password that has not been updated for connecting to WiFi. You will be required to remove the WiFi and rejoin.

  1. Select the Wifi icon from the system tray.
  2. You should now be viewing the available networks.
  3. Right click on the network that is not connecting and choose "Forget".
  4. You will now reconnect to the network that is outlined here.
