  • Open a ticket in our  Service Catalog. Simply choose the category that best describe the matter at hand.
  • Search our Knowledge Base for helpful articles, troubleshooting steps and common issues..

When calling for help or using the help form please be prepared to answer the following questions:

  1. Your full name and role: Student, Faculty or Staff.
  2. Location of issue, (office, lab, home…)
  3. Purpose of call/ticket
  4. Detailed questions about software, hardware and error messages.
