Step 1: Access the Form Portal
A. Navigate to the SharePoint Forms page for your department. Each department has its own dedicated SharePoint Forms tab to easily access the Form Portal.

B. After submitting a form, you will receive an email with a link to your specific Form Portal for easy access.

Step 2: View Your Submissions
A. On the Home Screen of the Form Portal, use the gallery on the left-hand side to view your form submissions.

B. For a quick overview of your submission, use the Quick View window located on the right-hand side of the Home Screen.

C. To view more details for a specific submission, click the "More" button in the Quick View header to open the full form details.

Return to Department Site: To return to your department site, simply click the corresponding department button at the top of any screen within the Form Portal.
