Web browser cookies are small text files that your browser will use to store information. Storing too much data in your browser can slow it down or expose information. Regularly clearing your cookies helps maintain privacy and performance.
In Chrome:
- Select the circular icon with three dots.
- Choose "Settings".
- From the option on the left, choose "Privacy and security".
- Select "Delete browsing data". A new window will open.

- Check mark "Cookies and other site data".
- Select "Delete data".

In Firefox:
- Select the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Privacy & Security".
- Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and select "Clear Data".

The window "Clear Data" will open:
- Make sure that the "Cookies and Site Data" is check marked.
- Select "Clear".
