Troubleshooting: When placing a Cisco Jabber call on a computer there is no audio

If audio is not working when placing a call in Cisco Jabber you may have the Jabber client set to you use your desk phone for calls instead of your computer.
Select the device icon in the lower left (Green Icon)
If this Icon is red and no devices are listed you will need to open an ITConnect ticket.
Select the drop down for "Device for calls" and choose "Use my computer"
If audio is still not working select the gear in the top right corner and choose "Settings"
From the left pane select "Audio"
Make sure that the correct devices are selected for "Speaker" and "Microphone"
