Troubleshooting: When placing a Cisco Jabber call on a computer there is no audio

- If audio is not working when placing a call in Cisco Jabber you may have the Jabber client set to you use your desk phone for calls instead of your computer.
- Select the device icon in the lower left (Green Icon)
- If this Icon is red and no devices are listed you will need to open an ITConnect ticket.
- Select the drop down for "Device for calls" and choose "Use my computer"

- If audio is still not working select the gear in the top right corner and choose "Settings"
- From the left pane select "Audio"
- Make sure that the correct devices are selected for "Speaker" and "Microphone"
