When trying to log into Cisco Finesse you receive the message "Device not accessible. Contact your system administrator".

  1. The issue occurs when Finesse is unable to reach your phone.
  2. If you are using Cisco Jabber to answer Finesse calls you must be logged into Jabber and the client set to "Use my computer for calls"
    1. In Jabber, select the the device icon (Green) in the lower left
    2. Select the drop down under "Device for calls" > Choose "Use my computer".

-Once connected you should now be able to log into Cisco Finesse.
