When trying to log into Cisco Finesse you receive the message "Device not accessible. Contact your system administrator".
- The issue occurs when Finesse is unable to reach your phone.
- If you are using Cisco Jabber to answer Finesse calls you must be logged into Jabber and the client set to "Use my computer for calls"
- In Jabber, select the the device icon (Green) in the lower left
- Select the drop down under "Device for calls" > Choose "Use my computer".
-Once connected you should now be able to log into Cisco Finesse.
