Overview
Microsoft Office 2016 ProPlus is available for all current Faculty & Staff members. You may use this Microsoft Office 365 license through the duration of your employment at Moraine Valley Community College. If your employment at Moraine Valley should come to an end, this copy of office will deactivate and you will be offered an opportunity to purchase a Microsoft Office 365 subscription.
Downloading and Installing Office will allow you access to:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Skype for Business and OneDrive for Business.
To obtain your free copy, please follow the following steps:
Step 1.
Please click on: https://login.microsoftonline.com/. It should take you to the page below. Click on "Use another account" unless your email address is already filled-in. Log-in using your Moraine Valley credentials.
Step 2.
Once logged in, click on "Install Office" then move to step 3.
Step 3.
You will be presented with the following two options: "Office 365 Apps" and "Other install options". Please select "Other install option".
Step 4.
Please click on "Install Office". This will download a copy of the installation file in the lower-left corner of the browser.
