Chrome does not display/show the MVConnect login page.
“An error has occurred. Contact your administrator for more information” is displayed.
To remedy this problem please do the following:
Note: If only the first option listed below is available to disable (i.e. the second option is not available/listed), this fix still works. If both options are available, please do both.
- Open Chrome
- Copy/Paste or type chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies into the URL bar and hit enter.
- You should see:

- Click the box that says ‘Default’ and change it to ‘Disabled’:

- Copy/Paste or type chrome://flags/#cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure in the URL bar and hit enter
- You should see:

- Click the box that says ‘Default’ and change it to ‘Disabled’:

- Restart your browser and try to login to the portal.
