Microsoft Outlook - Constant Prompt for Login Credentials

Overview

This article will show you how to resolve the constant Outlook prompts to login.

Steps

These are the steps that must be followed.

Step 1.  Clear all Windows Credentials from credentials manager.

- Click Start, Credential Manager

- Choose Windows Credentials

- Click on email.morainevalley.edu and click on 'Remove'

Step 2.  Log out of PC and log back with new password ( as this usually occurs with password change).

Step 3.  Open and close Outlook a couple of times.

*If issue still present remove outlook profile, log out of PC and log back and recreate Outlook profile.
