If you come across one of these accounts (i.e. you can’t reset the password), please check the account tab in AD to see if there is an expiration date. If the account is expired, please ask the instructor to contact one of the following people: Alex Terrazas (Student Success), Megan Peltier (Student Success), Iva Erkapic (Student Success), or Christina Cotta (Student Success) who in turn will ask the Networks team to extend the expiration date.
I found this to be the most seamless way to recover any lost grades and data. Hopefully this helps!
