This article will show you how to transfer a call directly to Voicemail
Transfer a Call to Voicemail
1. With the caller on the phone, press the Transfer key (on the softkey menu)
2. Press the * "star" key and then enter the 4-digit extension # to transfer to, using the keypad
3. Press the Transfer key (on the softkey menu)
4. Afterwards, return the phone to the receiver
