Step 1 - The first thing that you want to do when you log into Salesforce on the WFD side is make sure that you are in the WFD app. If you aren’t, click the 9 dots and select the ‘MVCC Workforce’ app.
Step 2 - If you were looking for one of the WFD Business Partners or wanted to see a list of all of them, you can use the list view that was created. To get to the list view, Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ object.
Step 3 - From there, click on the dropdown arrow next to ‘Recently Viewed’ and select the ‘All WFD Business Partners’ list view.
Step 4 - You will now see all the WFD business partners that are in the system.
Outcome
You can access and view a complete list of all WFD Business Partners within the MVCC Workforce app in Salesforce.
