Accepting Documents and Rejecting Documents Salesforce

Instructions

Accepting Documents 

Step 1 - To review and accept a document, click on one of the documents that has a 'Pending Approval' status. You will now see a window pop up with the document for you to review as well as the ability to either accept or reject the document. 

Step 2 - Click 'Accept' and then x out of the window.

Step 3 - You will now see that the document has been moved into the completed section.

Rejecting Documents

Instructions

Step 1 - Click on a document that has a 'Pending Approval' status. 

Step 2 - Review the document and this time click the 'Reject' button.

Step 3 - You will see a window pop up allowing you to select a reason for rejecting the document as well as the ability to leave a comment. Select a reason and comment and click the 'Reject' button.

Step 4 - You will now see that the document is still in the 'Incomplete Items' section and has a status of 'Rejected'. ​​​​​​​
