Open the browser and go to - http://reporting1:8080/BOE/BI
Note: Access to Business Objects is for authorized users only. Access is granted per supervisor approval.
Enter your network/email username in the Username field
Enter you network/email password in the Password field
Select Windows AD from the Authentication Type, click Sign in
The first time you log in, a Data Protection message will display. Check the Don't show this message again box and click Close.
The Launch Pad home page will display.
Click the Folders box, to view the list of reports you have access to
Click on Public Folders in the left navigation to expand the list of folders you have access to
Click on Production in the left navigation to expand the available production folders
Click on the folder to expand the list of available reports
To run a report, click on the check box to the left of the report name and/or right click on the report name and select View.
To designate a report as a 'Favorite' that will appear on your Home page, check box to the left of the report name and/or right click on the report name and select Mark as Favorite
