Regroup: Admissions

New Instructions:

  • Log into https://morainevalley.app.regroup.com/users/sign_in (Choose Admin Login)
  • From the top select “Recipients” then “All Groups”
  • Search and/or select 1-Admissions. This is the group you will use to send messages.
  • On the left side select “Contacts”.
  • Choose “Add Contact” from the top right > Choose Import Contacts from CSV File.
    • Choose Browse, select the csv file on your computer, and then select upload.
    • You will be prompted to identify the fields - you will need to select the fields for databaseid (College ID number), last name, first name, phone number, phone number 2, and primary email.  
      • If the group already has contacts - choose the select all (The square box to the left of name and choose select all) and select remove.
  • Once the upload is complete – From the top menu choose “Channels”, then “Quick Messages”. You should only see one quick message “Admissions”
    • Choose the three dots to the right of the template and select “Send”. Scroll down and update the following:

  • Call (TTS/Voice) – Update number if required.

            

  • Message Title: Email subject.

              

  • Message Contents:
    • Message Body: Enter the message that will be sent.
    • Select “Call (TTS/Voice) – Choose Upload a recording > Recording Settings
      • Enter Recording title and the phone number you will use to record the message. Select Call me to record the message. Choose save when finished.
    • Select Text/SMS and review the message the will be sent.

              

  • At the bottom choose “Send now”.
