Description
When viewing an image within the Unity Client Document Viewer, an image document is unable to seamlessly scroll. The scroll bar skips but the image does not appear to scroll at all.
This may be an issue we receive calls on from users who have installed OnBase Unity Client via this link and have out of date Graphics Drivers.
Resolution
This issue occurs because of a known issue with Intel graphics cards on Windows platforms that causes rendering issues when hardware acceleration is enabled. For more information, see WPF issue 3817 on GitHub.
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest Intel Graphic Driver.
