Cisco will be releasing a major update to replace "Cisco WebEx Meetings" (Left) to the "WebEx App" (Right). The update will occur on May 6th. The WebEx app will have all of the same features as the Meetings application including scheduling, starting, and joining meetings. On May 6th you will have a blue update button appear in the top right of the application. Selecting "Update" will update the client to the WebEx app.
Using the new WebEx app:
- From the left there are three selectiong to choose:
- Meetings: Here you can choose to start, join, or schedule a meeting. The preview at the bottom will display your schedule for the day.
- Contacts: You can add your favorite contacts here for easy access.
- Personal insights: Analytics regarding your WebEx meetings.
