- Log into https://morainevalley.app.regroup.com
- Select “Channels” and then choose "Quick Messages"
- Navigate to the message and select the circle with three dots.
- Select “Send”

- Update the email message, call, and text fields:
- If the Custom content for each delivery method is not checked - the message will be the same for all forms of communication.

- Choose "Call", "Upload a recording", and then "record settings..."
- Enter a name of the recording and then your cell number - This will call your phone to record a message.
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Post” to send the alert. You will be prompted to send the message once more before it is sent. Choose "Call" - You will now receive a phone call that prompts you to record a message. Once the message has been recorded, choose it from the list of recording and select "Save".
- You should now be on the original message screen. Scroll to the bottom and choose "Send now". You will be prompted once with a message stating the amount of people that will receive the message.
To send a message to faculty and students that are enrolled in classes at the remote sites:
- Select the “Remote Sites” template.
- Type either “ECBI” or “SWEC” from the locations drop down.
- Select the box next to the name of the location to add all of the classes that are at the remote site.
