Regroup Class Cancellation

Send an Class Cancellation:

  1. Log into https://morainevalley.app.regroup.com - Choose Admin Login
  2. Select "Messages", then "Quick Messages"

  1. Navigate to the alert and select the circle with 3 dots.
    • Select “Send"

  1. Under “Regroup Groups” type in the course. Select it to add it as a group:
  2. Update the "Message Body". Updating the "Message body" will update the message sent via Email, Call, and Text/SMS.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Send Now” to send the alert. You will be prompted to send the message once more before it is sent. 

IMPORTANT: The number of recipients should be around 10-30 students. If it is higher, do not send the notification and make sure only the class and telephone-services and the class are selected.
