Regroup Class Cancellation

Send an Class Cancellation:

1. Log into https://morainevalley.regroup.com
2. Select “POSTS”

3. Navigate to the alert and select the circle with 3 dots.
   • Select “Post”
   • 
4. Under “Regroup Groups” type in the course. Select it to add it as a group:
   1. 
5. Update the email message:
   • The SMS message will automatically update to the same message.
   • 
6. Scroll to the bottom and select “Post” to send the alert. You will be prompted to send the message once more before it is sent. The number of recipients should be around 10-30 students. If it is much higher do not send the notification and make sure only the class and telephone-services is selected as the sending groups (Step 4).
