A transcript is a complete record of all courses taken and grades received at Moraine Valley.
Moraine Valley offers online transcript ordering available to students 24/7 using technology provided by Parchment.
Parchment is one of education’s most trusted intermediaries for electronic records. Students are able to request and track their transcripts online via Parchment.
Moraine Valley will process the student's official transcript to any college, university, agency, or person named. There is a $9 online and $15 for an in-person fee per transcript service. All financial obligations to the college must be met before transcripts will be sent.
Unofficial transcripts may be viewed by current students through MVConnect: Self-Service Menu / Students / Academic Profile / Unofficial Transcripts.
Requests for transcripts can be made in two ways:
- In-person: Forms are available in the Cashier’s Office, Building S, Room S105. The cashier will direct students for transcript pick-up.
- Online: Please note that if you already have an account with “Parchment” from a previous institution (i.e., high school, college), you can use the same credentials to log in. Otherwise, you have to create an account. Below are the steps to create a new “Parchment” account.
