Great Tip: When changing your password, remember to update all devices

Overview

The purpose of this article is to provide information about updating your device(s) after you update your password.

Information

When you change your Moraine Valley password, please remember to update it on all of your devices (ex. cell phones, tablets, computers, etc.).  The process of updating your password varies from device to device, but can be usually found in the settings of the device.

Failure to update your new password may result in you being locked out of your MVCC account.  Your device(s) will attempt to connect with the old password, which may cause the server to suspect suspicious activity and lock you out for security purposes.  Please have all of your devices available when you update your password to avoid any possible issues.
