All Cisco WebEx meetings are password protected. This prevents random participants from joining; however, the password is embedded in the meeting invite. If anyone is to share this link unwanted participants would have access into the meeting. If you encounter an unwanted attendee you will be required to expel, lock the meeting, and manually allow any guests that still require access to the meeting.
Expel:
To remove an unwanted participant in the meeting right click on the username from the participants menu and select “Expel”.
Lock meeting:
When a meeting is locked participants are automatically placed in a lobby. As host you will be notified of participants waiting and you will be required to admit them. First, select “Meeting” followed by “Lock Meeting”.
You will now be required to select “Admit” for every user from the participant window.
