In some instances you may encounter an issue and you will be required to reset Cisco Jabber.
1. Select the gear icon in the top right of Cisco Jabber.
2. Choose "Sign out".
3. From the sign in screen - choose "Reset Jabber".
4. Now sign in using your full email address.
5. If you use Cisco Jabber for phone calls - make sure that your Jabber is set to use computer for calls. A guide to switching phone audio can be found here.
