Troubleshooting: Jabber audio is using the wrong speaker or microphone

Jabber audio is using the wrong microphone or speaker. This can happen when moving between remote work and on campus due to new audio devices being detected.

To change the audio settings:

  1. Select the gear in the top right corner and choose "Settings"
  2. From the left pane select "Audio"
    1. Make sure that the correct devices are selected for "Speaker" and "Microphone"
