TruCredential Operator Guide

1. Palos Only - Log into Windows using the Photoid1 and Photoid2 accounts. 
   1. You cannot have multiple accounts signed in to a single workstation.
2. Log into https://datacard.emp.ads.morainevalley.edu:9800/trucredential/login.html
3. Enter your college username and password
   1. At Palos please use the photoid1 and photoid2 accounts.
4. Under “ID Card” select “Search”

5. The left most window pane is the Search fields. You can search first name, last name, DOB (Date of birth), and ID Number.

6. After entering the require search information select “Search”
7. The results will now display. Find the correct record, select it, and choose Load in the lower right.
8. With ID Card window open:
   1. Select the “Card Type” – Make sure that the card previews on the right changes to the selection you have made.
      • a. Make sure the card preview reflects the card type selected. If it does not update, select a different card type, and then choose the correct type again.
      • b. Under the Photo is an Icon of a camera. Select it to take a picture.
      • c. Choose “Next” in the lower right.

9. The preview is now available. Make sure that the information is correct and then select print. You will be prompted to select the printer at your location.

Troubleshooting:

• When taking a picture displays "Invalid Camera State"
  • Power off the camera and power back on.
  • Refresh the web page.
