Below, you will find links to usage guides, documentation, and training videos for Teams.
Teams is both its own platform and a hub for many other Office 365 applications. It provides a wide array of powerful functionality, including:
- A "team" provides a secure space for a fully customizable group of people to work and communicate within
- Chat and videoconferencing functionality is provided by Teams
- Content within a team is very flexible and most Office 365 apps can have specific content mounted within a team's private space
The flexibility of Teams also makes it one of the most complex Office 365 applications to use. While the basic functions are easy to learn and use, the more advanced capabilities will have a longer learning curve. It is best to start with a simple team and build on your knowledge as you become more comfortable with the application.
